What can I do with my Woods Kitchen Foods Products?

Do I need to refrigerate my products?
We recommend to refrigerate after opening for best quality and longer freshness.
Can I recycle these plastic bottles?
Yes! To achieve the most environmental value from our packaging, plastic or glass, please remember to recycle it after you have finished enjoying our product.
Do your products have GMOs?
No way! We never use genetically modified organisms in any of our products. Although our products are not certified GMO-free yet, we will be pursuing certification as our manufacturing process evolves.
Are your products vegan/vegetarian?
All of our products are vegan and vegetarian friendly!
Are your products gluten-free?
Our products are not made with gluten ingredients but are not certified gluten-free.
What types of vinegar do you use?
We use organic apple cider vinegar and organic wine wine vinegar.
What is the Alcohol content of your Sauces?
We cook off all the alcohol before we add it to the sauce , leaving only the delicious flavor and less than 3% alcohol content.
Shipping/Returns/Wholesale FAQ:
$6 USA Flat Rate Shipping
We like things to be simple, and we think you do too. Flat rate per order: Simple, right? And we'll send you a link to the tracking info as soon as your order is packed up to ship.
Shipping Times
We aim to process all orders within 4 business days (Monday - Friday). For orders with pre-order sauces, please see the product description for more information.
From our warehouse to your door, the delivery typically takes 4-10 business days. Sometimes there are hiccups with this, as small-batch hot sauces won't always be in stock. Sometimes we're waiting on orders in transit from a maker's kitchen, and sometimes we're waiting for the peppers to grow. If your order will be delayed more than a few days we'll get in touch ASAP to apologize and to find out if you want to back-order the item, switch to something else, or cancel the order. We want to make you happy.
Do you offer express shipping?
Right now we don’t offer express shipping options. Sorry for any inconvenience. Our products go out of stock frequently due to the small-batch nature of our makers, and we don’t want to promise that a bottle will go out today if we may not have it back in stock until tomorrow.

Returns/Exchanges?
Please see above under "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" - if you have any issue with your order, get in touch and we'll do whatever it takes to make it right. If you would like to start a return or exchange, please email info@woodskitchenfoods.com within 30 days of your delivery. We'll take care of the rest.
Do we wholesale our products?
We sure do! If you are a retail store and would like to carry our products, please reach out to info@woodskitchenfoods.com and one of our trusty sales humans will get in touch and give you all the information you need.
